Siebird has created websites for businesses, manufacturers and not-for-profits – different organizations with different goals. With Siebird, though, they all wound up with one thing in common: a site that captures and extends a brand identity, focuses on user behavior and – as always – measures impact. Take a look at a few brief case studies that show Siebird at work – and our clients on the rise.
Siebird responded to our needs and understood our complex products.

Rebranded websites, brand new sales tool
Hendrick, a manufacturer of metal products, turned to Siebird to redesign several websites as part of a company-wide rebranding effort. Siebird crafted sites that are visually engaging – and focused on engaging the customer. The three redesigned sites generate requests for quotes from 15%, 16% and 22% of visitors ― far greater than industry averages, and a completely new driver of business for Hendrick. Siebird also implemented a content management system (CMS) that enables the company to update content for all sites from a single control panel.
The site now allows us to focus on our core mission, teaching kids a lifetime sport involving family, friends and fun.

Streamlining Summer Camp
Tennis For Kids is a national award-winning organization that each summer offers FREE tennis lessons to more than 1,400 children from some 55 communities throughout York and Adams counties. Siebird helped build the site from concept to completion, allowing TFK to accept online summer camp registrations, volunteer applications, and online donations. Online Summer camp registration has risen, while staff spends less time managing location signups and rosters.
Siebird developed and executed a “microsite” strategy for CB Structures, a company that provides quality pole buildings to the mid-Atlantic market. The separate, smaller sites enable CB to focus content for distinctive markets ― commercial, agricultural and residential. And, Siebird’s clean design funnels prospects toward a request for a quote. The result: the micro-sites generate nearly 800 qualified leads per year. On one CB microsite, more than 11% of visitors requested a quote – over four times the industry average.

Siebird rebuilt the website for YWCA of York, giving a leading regional nonprofit a powerful tool for reaching members and prospects. Enhanced functions included customized event signup forms, membership enrollment and online donation capability. Today, event participation has risen, while staff spends less time managing signups. Hundreds of visits to the new online donation page have yielded thousands of dollars in pledges.

Promoting the benefits of concrete
PACA is a member-driven trade association, which deals with those issues and challenges that can best be solved through collective rather than individual efforts. PACA turned to Siebird to develop and execute a concrete promotion website. The site keeps the industry informed of news and current industry trends. It is intended to educate and keep the industry and related producers/specifiers connected and engaged in the business of concrete and construction.

Custom “toolbox” deepens customer involvement
WOLF, the largest supplier of kitchen cabinets in the U.S. and a leading provider of building products along the East Coast, wanted to give customers a richer online experience. Siebird redesigned WOLF’s site for ease of navigation and created e-Toolbox – an online resource center that enables registered customers to access pricing and inventory information, download sales literature, track invoices and pay bills. The e-Toolbox improved customer service and reduced the workload for WOLF’s customer service staff. The redesigned site also enjoys a conversion rate of 7.36%—triple the industry average.
